Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Outdoor Living Growth Partners' growth plans and services. Please read them before you start.

Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for a plan, completing checkout, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use our services.
Your Plan & Billing
All plans are month-to-month. Your subscription starts on the day you complete checkout and renews automatically each month. You authorize us to charge the monthly plan fee plus any setup fee shown at checkout.
Ad Spend
For Paid Ads and Ads + Local SEO plans, your monthly ad spend is separate from our management fee and is paid directly to Meta (and Google, where applicable). You are responsible for funding your own ad accounts. Our fee covers management, creative, and strategy — not media spend.
Setup Fee
If a setup fee applies to your plan, it is charged at checkout and is non-refundable once work begins. Any setup fee waiver applies only to the setup fee itself and does not reduce your monthly plan fee.
Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. To cancel, contact us at info@outdoorlivinggrowthpartners.com or 314-876-8246.
The 7-Day Launch Guarantee
If we don't get your system live within 7 days of receiving everything we need from you (logo, project photos, platform access, and onboarding details), your first month is free. This guarantee covers our build timeline and does not cover delays caused by missing information or access on your end.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, grant the platform access your plan requires, respond to onboarding requests in a timely way, and pay for your own ad spend. Delays in providing access or assets may push your launch date.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, templates, and creative processes. You own your business name, logo, project photos, and content you provide. Website ownership terms are outlined in your agreement.
No Guaranteed Results
Marketing results depend on your market, pricing, ad spend, close rate, and how fast you follow up with leads. We work hard to deliver strong results, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or return on ad spend.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages, or for issues caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) outside our control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
